Chantal holds a Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of the Fraser Valley and a Master of Physical Therapy from the University of British Columbia. Prior to completing their master’s degree, Chantal obtained a meaningful position in a medically supervised exercise clinic leading individualized group classes for people with chronic conditions. Chantal strives to make the rehabilitation experience inclusive and comprehensive, highlighting an evidence-based and biopsychosocial approach to rehabilitation. They know the key to success in rehabilitation is listening carefully to the patient and incorporating injury prevention in every personalized treatment plan. Chantal understands that not everyone loves to exercise; however, they are an expert at making it fun, sustainable, and turning it into a lifestyle! In their spare time, they can be found around the North Shore mountains often on multi-day backpacking or cycling trips.
