Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 48 business hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.

Patients who provide less than 48 business hours notice or miss their appointment will be charged a cancellation fee up to the full cost of the appointment.

Illness Policy

  • If you have a cough, fever, or are feeling unwell please stay home. There will be no late cancellation fee if you are sick.

  • Masks are optional within the clinic. If you would like your practitioner to wear a mask please request this at the front desk. You are welcome to wear a mask if you like.

  • In order for billing to be contactless, please ensure we have a credit card on file. Otherwise please use the “tap” function of your card or use extended benefits to pay for your visit to minimize close contact with our front desk staff. Your receipt will be emailed to you.

Cleaning Policy

  • All high-contact surfaces are cleaned and sanitized several times per day. Anything touched in the treatment room is cleaned between each use. 

  • Your therapist will wear a mask, gown and/or gloves as needed.

  • Your therapist will practice thorough hand hygiene at all times to keep everyone safe.
