A physiotherapist is a health care professional who has in-depth knowledge of the anatomy and function of the body. We use that knowledge along with specialized clinical skills to assess, diagnose and treat symptoms of illness, injury, or disability. We work with you to enhance and restore your functional ability through manual therapy, advice, and exercise while promoting overall wellness.
Our physiotherapists have extensive post-graduate training including IMS and shockwave therapy* and are ready to use evidence-based treatments to help you with any aches or injuries you might have.
Our gym space includes a treadmill, recumbent and upright bike, free weights, pulleys and a Pilates reformer.

Common conditions treated include:
Low back and neck pain
Knee pain (such as Patellofemoral Syndrome)
Injuries from activities (such as gardening and shoveling snow)
Overuse injuries (such as Tennis Elbow)
Post-op rehabilitation
Muscle tightness or weakness
What should I expect during my assessment?
You will be provided with a dedicated one on one session in which a detailed history, assessment, and treatment will be completed. Treatment will be determined based on your individual needs and may consist of manual therapy, modalities (including shockwave therapy*, ultrasound, LASER, TENS/NMES and IMS), exercise prescription and extensive education about your condition.
We accept ICBC and WorksafeBC claims. We also offer direct billing to most extended health insurance companies.
If this will be your first visit to our clinic, please complete the paperwork either online or arrive at our clinic 5-10 minutes early.
*Please note shockwave therapy has an added cost - see rates for details.
