Lindsey earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology from UBC, and has also completed certifications in Personal Training and Pregnancy and Postpartum corrective exercise. She is also currently pursuing her Clinical Pilates certification to further support her clients’ paths to optimal health.
Lindsey’s approach to exercise therapy is focussed on treating the body as an interconnected system to address pain, injury, and imbalances. Through thorough assessment, she analyzes movement, compensation patterns, and lifestyle factors that may contribute to physical challenges. Particularly passionate about chronic pain rehabilitation and empowering women through pregnancy and postpartum health, she blends her expertise in health coaching, personal training, and Pilates to offer a holistic approach to rehabilitation.
Lindsey has worked in diverse settings—from elite varsity weight rooms and physiotherapy clinics, to bedside care in long-term care facilities. This broad experience has allowed her to develop strategies for a wide range of physical health concerns. With a background as a varsity-level athlete and personal experience with sports-related injuries, Lindsey understands the significance of physical wellness. After overcoming a career-ending back injury, she has first-hand insight into the challenges of chronic pain and injury recovery.
