Owner
Nicole is a lifetime Ladner resident who has served the South Delta community as a physiotherapist since 2011. She graduated from SFU with her Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology before completing her Masters of Physiotherapy from UBC.
Nicole has pursued extensive post-graduate education in pain science and orthopaedics and has taken a further special interest in pelvic floor health. Regardless of your gender or sexuality you can have confidence that Nicole will treat you in a respectful manner and use evidence-based treatments to help you meet your goals.
Nicole has undergone extensive education and training to better understand the intricacies of chronic pain. Nicole takes a biopsychosocial approach to pain management because you are not just your pain, you are a whole person. She will work together with you to develop a treatment strategy that feels safe and productive. If you can move more easily you will be able to increase participation in activities that that bring you joy or purpose. You will be believed. You will be supported.
When not treating clients, Nicole loves spending time with her family. You can often find her running her favourite streets in Ladner with her dog, Piper. Learn more about Nicole in our blog!
