Stephanie graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Kinesiology before completing her Master of Physical Therapy from the University of British Columbia. Her treatment philosophy strongly emphasizes empowering clients to take charge of their recovery by listening to their story, finding solutions together and ultimately providing them with the tools they need to succeed. Through a combination of education, exercise, and manual therapy, Stephanie works to optimize recovery by finding the treatment style that works for you.
